Add configurable public status page

It could be nice to be able to configure status page with any kind of check so we could expose exactly what we want. Need to think about reusing dashboards or not. Must have: - Logo upload - Compatible with any check - Drag and drop (order matters) - Private/Public option Nice to have: - Custom domain When incidents timeline will be released, we could add the timeline for these checks (option).
